I commented on that somewhere. I do not know how you take an asset sale from 2011 where a majority of the assets from that company were sold off, don't belong to that company anymore, and conclude that its basis for substantial valuation of a new subsidiary your creating 11 years later. Keep in mind how Eric said the investors at that time, took their money from that sale, and did not re-invest it back into the company.
