The first thing that popped up for my search was that the FDA regulates dietary supplements as food, not as drugs.

But they decide what is a food and what is a drug..

There is no way that Anavex will be allowed to call it "food".

Look at what happened with NAC during COVID.. It is a drug, a proven safe drug that's been used for 40 years, but they talked about taking it off the market.
