Only if the PR said they didn't have data in time as a reason for not attending CTAD. Without that...a PR a Couple days after CTAD would make people wonder why such great news was not good enough to be presented at CTAD and would have drawn the same or probably a worse conclusion until another followup CC explained.
Not likely. There would have been an attack irregardless. It may have even been much worse. Can you imaging the screams of missing a self imposed deadline and the angst of why is it taking so long sine they must have had the data 6 months ago........
