Zip, I wonder at what point KM decides to launch an authorized generic.
(Seems obvious to some of that such an action should have already been
taken.) With the infringements becoming more and more blatant, I still
wonder if there could be an effective legal remedy? (Something very bold.)
I wonder how long it may take for a self-emulsifying once a day version of
Vascepa to get launched...Not just in the US but the rest of the world?
Does KM have some brilliant super-secret strategy in mind that he cannot
disclose for competitive reasons? I hope so. Regardless, I still stand by
my belief that only when a BP owns AMRN will significant sales begin.
(And the sooner that happens the better for all concerned.)

The existing power apparatus, headed by the courts, LOVES these outcomes. It loves running over innovators, stealing patents, and delivering cheap drugs over the eviscerated husks of entrepreneurial companies.

None of this is about logic or fairness. It's about a worldview, and political objectives, that run roughshod over any other principles. And all the righteous indignation in the world isn't going to change that. Not one iota.

The US is a judicial wasteland, where personal viewpoints trump principles in every case that matters. Pure Machiavellian will. The US is gone for AMRN, no matter what happens. Du stole their IP, the system backed her up, and AMRN needs to tell the US to go f itself. Any other approach is wasted effort and wasted money.

Ziploc, I would add that AMRN should release an AG in the US ASAP. With or without a partnership. If not, they better have an ace up their sleeve to save the US business, increase scripts, and or combat these blatant infringing practices.
Do you believe AMRN is actively working on launching an AG for 2023?
