Zip, I have no doubt that Vascepa would be an excellent drug to delay
or prevent the onset of AD. However, I think the best results will be from
the combination of several medications. We all know that proper blood flow
is important in both the heart as well as the brain. Obviously, Vascepa would
do an excellent job in keeping the small arteries in the brain free from blockages
and increase blood flow. The problem is I doubt if anyone will attempt a phase 3
study to prove it! Judge Du and poor AMRN management have laid a great
drug to waste to the detriment of future AD & CVD patents. Too bad AMRN
refused to participate in Marjac's legal actions. (I guess management's BIG
EGOS were more important than supporting an action that would have given
a better shot at reversing Du's idiocy. Hoping Denner will seek BOD
representation (or perhaps run an entire slate!)
