Spot on. NWBO claims are narrow and focused. Therefore other companies that have similar "Information and Belief" can file Joinder Motions to pile on as additional Plaintiffs to this same suit or file separate suits on the same premise. Then the Courts can consolidate for discovery and trial.

Since you obliquely raise the issue of the involvement of AF and STAT, it does beg the question about whether they have reached out to them behind the scenes to limit their efforts in some way. AF’s article in response to to JAMA article was behind a pay wall, which muted its coverage.

In general tho, as I said, I believe the company’s primary purpose is to preempt future short attacks and concomitant “journalist” negative opinioning so the market or our partner(s), if any, are allowed a relatively level field.
