I did read the case document and I was impressed by the level of details showing both spoofing and intent to hide the scheme, with recapitulative tables, specific times of manipulations by each firm; The document examples could only been based on deeper data.
I believe the plaintiffs have the smoking gun, well guns. Also, taking on heavy WS hitters would only be done if the data was solid. Citadel and Co are not choir boys.
