there is no need to do DD after 11 years of searching to get "clues" to returning assets.... WMIH has already gone on record 11 years ago, and stated... "with the closing of the chapter 11 bankruptcy, no further equity payments will be made.......classes 19, and 22 are impaired".....read the filing, it makes good sense, and eliminates out of a lot of confusion, and speculation...... Yeah...I certainly hope that we are 'Running down the Clock Fast' to whichever powers-that-be that have been delaying our "F&R" forever...IF we don't see any recoveries by Tax Date 2023, we can safely assume that 'our precious' has been Stolen from us by the Dark Forces....
