Not sure why everyone is hung up on p<0.025 when p<0.05 has been standard in medical research literature since before I was an overwhelmed medical student.
273 did about the same as lecanemab. Not the cure we are hoping for. Anavex likely needed to group 30 and 50 mg to get enough n to get < 0.05. We will likely need one more study. More info should come out over time. SP should still go up
