I have been thinking about the prospect of having this in front of a jury. Can you imagine wheeling in several GBM patients giving testimony that they were unable to get a chance at a life-saving vaccine because of of the actions of the defendents?

I believe the plaintiffs will do everything in their power to avoid going in front of a jury.

Pqr- do you think damages are tough to fully assess? The market is essentially caveat emptor. If folks put in stop losses or got impatient and sold, how could that be quantified? I think it’s a victory if only the games stop. I’d be concerned if this was a civil case where the damages proven are nominal and fines are paid to the government
