Fundamentally incorrect. He said he actually bought a dip yesterday. This issue has been settled. Frank said he was incorrect. Sykes has made claims that he hasn't shorted anything in two years. I doubt he'd come out just to short $CLNV. Bottom line, we should be getting the FINRA short interest report in the next few days and that will show us how much of an open short position there is in the company.
