Really think that would be hard to prove as well and people should leave the markets alone to a point unless fraud or the company is illegal etc. but otherwise people should let it be & let it play out....because someone always loses and some will always win. For example someone just wrote that it would take only eight cents to be a millionaire, some will take $10 to be a millionaire so then??????

Because a NAKED SHORT POSITION did not exist there! You can SEE it from the volume traded and the sharp stock price drop after the run up.
