This statement is a great summary of current affairs.

Ben is so inside his own head thinking he is the best person to run this company. It is no surprise one cannot find a replacement or permanent CEO when one doesn’t even look for one.

I bet he “really” tried. Most likely the same type of BS like calling JRF the lead of the expansion team. Ben and Roger have fed us so much sht.
