If everything is so horrible for Biel...why aren't we seeing a big shareholder exodus? Personally I think Biel has some pretty well educated shareholders...they understand the efficacy in Biel's tech and see how it can serve modern man.

Do you know how many are underwater? As far as efficacy is concerned, we all know it works and management doesn’t work. I’ve been here for 14 years and “never” used the products, but within those 14 years I learned through promoting the products and research with Medical people in the field all about the validity of PEMF. I am a believer in natural healing and these products are as close to natural healing as you can get. I saw for myself the riches in revenue just sitting there untapped because of years of failed strategy that continues to this day. We are a Ship of Fools, nothing more. I’ve been there and seen it all. JMHO

How do you know that there has been no shareholder exodus? Do you think that on this message board, these are the only stockholders? Many on here HAVE exited due to what they feel is bad management. Many have lost big money. This board is not JUST for cheerleaders.

And by the declining stock price consistently over the years I think we can assume that there HAS been a 'big shareholder exodus'. Because selling causes stock price drop. ie .000X for years.

The reason being, is that most of us shareholders know that this stock is the future, it may not be at the speed everyone wants.

Kelly did say that “ at the appropriate time I will make the announcement”, this in regards to Synergy.

If the people at Synergy are aware of the commitment that they’re making to Biel was not to accurate, you would hear about it in certain circles, and the credibility would be tarnished with Biel, and that ain’t going to happen.

Remember this, if I’m not mistaken,
Every device sold is going to give them $10.00 a piece, so there will be plenty of capital to work with for Biel.
