People will find out soon. In January 2022 on Mark Collier interview, Ken said they have 11 hotels sold and wanted 115 by the end of 2022. October 1,st Brian Esposito said they have 119 hotels that eathier want to chang their existing flag hotel or build from the ground up. Travel lodge would be a flag hotel converting. Punta Cana would be a ground up build. 50 grand for each franchise. Then we got EV Human. If Ken was talking about integrating 10,000 hotels a year ago, I am sure that number has increased. His backing or partners were looking at 30 hotels EV would own under the EV wing. Own and manage. Then we got his managment of hotels. Again these video,s are a year old and he was up to 60 property's that he had contracts with to manage. Now let's go into partnerships that Ken said he is going to anounce. The biggest partnership in hospitality history. In 1 of his videos he said he is having certain hotel floors built specifically for Air BnB. If the highest occupancy rate in the world is 81% how would you fill the other 20%. Make condo like living on the 2nd or 3rd floors of every EV Hotel built and team up with air BnB. In one of his videos from a year and a half ago he was thinking of going public in 5 to 7 years. EV has gained so much traction he went public 5 years early, not for funding but to be a heavy weight in the industry. Why he is using modular builds. 50% less time on construction. He wants to hit this fast. Why he went with the 2% franchise fee. People will oppt out of their existing contracts with their hotel chains and join EV Group and convert their old flag hotel to EV Hotel. Defiantly not a start up and more info I found, is it is Saba Karim as his best friend. Saba did create Hubspot and sold it in 2016. This is just one of his 30 partners from videos a long time ago. He is going to drop bombs and partner news at any time. Maybe December 2022 since that is the 2 year anniversary of EV Group. Like I said not a start up. They already have live hotels using his tec and robots to show the public. A lot of this was in nda,s so he could not talk about. Now he is open to the public. Once the land and size of these other hotels are figured out. He will release that info. We could get palices in diferent country's around the globe. 1 in Dubia and 6 in India and who knows how big these others hotel will be. Sure we will get a update soon. As Ken said it will be released in phases.

NO demolition or building permits filed for EV.

The very LAST application on this list (page 17) is the demolition permit submitted on 12/2/2021 and quickly VOIDED on 12/11/2021 for the old Travel Lodge at 600 W Van Buren. You can click the "Type-Number" link and pull up the document.
