Why would they demo a building that is preserved as a historic building in Phoenix. They are preserving the old Travel Lodge and incorporating EV around it. Using the existing structure and building EV on top of it.
Too bad they can't demolish the structure. The city wouldn't allow it. So I am not really sure what you are looking up. We all know they are not allowed to demolish the building, rather renovate it internally. Wonder why that wasn't brought up
