I would like to understand this issue (voting no on the bonuses better. What happens if we vote no on this part. I'm a solid yes on the authorized share increase. The arguments in favor of voting no on the bonuses seems reasonable but I don't know if there are any unintended consequences. I would welcome input from both sides from those with more experience in this area.
