Yeah, soon or later you have take the sun glasses off to see the light. The YEARS of 'carrot dangling' to hold and entice investors is nauseating and tiresome. Distributor after distributor announced all over the world for YEARS that resulted in nothing. Did they even exist or was it all lies --- Carrot dangling??? The products have kept me invested for YEARS (2009) but I have always been skeptical of this family leadership. Shame, as these products deserve so much more than this leadership. That's why I was always hoping they (daddy or daughter) would sell this all to an entity that could make this a success. But IMO it seems like their interest was more in the loan conversion to 50% stock deals to personally profit, than to company success and its stockholders.

Dealing with reality takes time. When you have been here as long as we have and see things for what they are the truth is hard to ignore. You post a list of events that is undeniable, it’s what the potential investor sees when doing their DD. Management over the years has created that list of positives turned negative through their mismanagement. What ever they do is nothing more than a journey into Deja vu. It never changes, like the tiger who can’t change its stripes, or the leopard who can’t change its spots. JMHO GLTY
