Sorry to say JGD, after seeing last quarter's numbers, there is NO guarantee of 'business' --- in the long run. There is no way IMO they can exist with the continuation of sales numbers like those reported last quarter. Synergy excuse is futile, as without Synergy in the past, they have done much more sales. If this is just a one quarter glitch, then OK, BUT we will have to wait and see if this repeats next quarter. To me these sales numbers were very disturbing as it kind of illustrates that the OEM approach of KT and Donjoy are not working. And THAT is scary and surprising. If all remains the same next quarter------ well, you know where I'm going.

Bad news then: they are short on Capital. They had only $6000 in their pockets as of last quarter end and they are spending more than they bring in, even with Kelly and Patty foregoing all that loan interest.

Rick will probably lend them more money... he made $$$ millions by converting prior loans into stock and dumping it. So did Patty. So did Kelly. Nice to see that SOMEONE profited from Bioelectronics Inc., isn't it?
