The VWAP is what tells the story. The open, close, high, and low of the day are easily manipulated. VWAP is nott.

That is why every single CONtract I have ever seen that refers to a stock price, including floorless COnvertible notes, some mergers and acquisitions options agreements, and other CONtracts always use VWAP and usually a multi-day window as well. NEVER use an opening, closing, high, or low price to set anything.

Novices, widows, orphans, and rubes are easily fooled by opening, closing, high, or low prices. Much less so by the VWAP. The innumerable EOD paint-uppp yobbs we have seen in this pennyscam are evidence of this.
