I'd be more than willing to bet that the 650M 'investment' will not materialize. Pay attention to how the PR is worded. There's nothing legally binding about any of the information in it and therefore it falls under the category of 'forward looking statements'. In other words, they can make up anything they want and it doesn't matter if they follow through. We've all seen this happen countless times for the past 3 years. Only dumdums keep falling for it.
