Not exactly.

A guess is maybe they found shares they were issued but never included in the O/S from the audit, or maybe it was payment to the auditors for the work they did.

I hope it was shares they found shares they were issued but never included in the O/S and not payment for the audit.

It is a little cloudy. Possibility what they mean on clean up is referring to the adjusted 10q filed on 9/6/2022, but they referred to 2021. So really not sure.
