Do you know what they mean? I don't. Please help if you do.

The recent share increase was a result of annual clean up regarding 2021 business activity and our 2021 audited financials.



I have been a businessman for many years, but I don't know what a "clean up" is or how shares could be increased from whatever that is. Since they mention an audit, it makes me wonder if the audit turned up shares that weren't previously accounted for.
