I think the main problem is accounting for the cross-dependencies between all the different moving parts. It could create a liability or tax treatment where none existed before. But everything needs to be brought forward cumulatively. I really think the company will eventually get delisted and will have to reapply to get listed again with SOX compliant books. In the back of my mind I can't help but think the company is in very serious trouble.
