They are 15 days late. The 10Q for 9/30/22 was due on 11/14. They filed the NT10Q which would have given them an extra five days to file. There was no holiday that would have changed that. They get an extra day to file if the DUE DATE falls on a weekend or holiday. The SEC sends delinquent filers a letter that they will take administrative action after 15 days of late filing which doesn't say business days:

I am buying and did today at .0052 and later at .0051. my only concern is I can't buy "expert market" and do not live in Canada where you can still buy no matter who you are. If delist did happen briefly I would love it and buy,buy,buy! I have no worries here. I just do not want professional traders having an advantage over me more than the knowing of when dilution will end. This one is hard enough to deal with. But not being able to buy at all, ouch, you got me.
