That is going to be a hell of a redo. I've been watching alot of Magnolia Network here while trying to decide what to do. The average kitchen makeovers top out at $25K.

I was looking at $15-18K and we agreed we still wouldn't be happy so it's back to the drawing board. Where the sink is it's a side of house where we can take down the whole wall and add a 20 by 30 bonus room with kitchen laundry room and great room with a fireplace.

Right now we have an architect working on the design.

We did our kitchen over about 7 years ago. Ripped everything out and started over.

The final tally was about $35k
