Golf, yes, the Jefferies conf was on 11/16. The company filed an 8K cause they made forward statements projecting EU business in the coming months. So why don't I own HZNP????
I doubt this was a major reason KM was enthused during his presentation. I think the real monkey he was relieved to get off his back was the stunning losses in the first and second quarters that left Wall Street doubting the company's viability.
He was also likely encouraged that several positive announcements were possible in December and this was probably one of them. But I think he's also thinking there will be positive announcements regarding pricing decisions or sales starting in other European countries as well as the possibility of approval in China.
