I think that’s incorrect. I think the delay in the CE drop has EVERYTHING TO DO with the SEC and current existence of the OIP.

I dont believe the SEC is irrelevant in ANY type of decision involving a stock trading on the US equities Market

The SEC also takes their marching orders from Citadel Securities....and what THEY say goes
