It's due Monday, Dec 5th and SEC have been keeping up from prior releases.

Well, here’s my hypothesis.

I think tomorrow, DBMM will file an NT 10-K. That means they will have 15 extra days to file the 10K.

Guess what is due on the December fifth? Either the Board rules on the PFR or they issue another extension.

I think they’re hoping that the Board posts a favorable ruling on the fifth and then they will file the 10K on top of it. Then they hope the CE drops soon after that.

I think the Board issues another extension and the CE stays put. Then DBMM files their 10K showing more horrible revenue, with yet more promises of greatness (that will never be realized).
