Thanks for your assurance ILT but I am worried because some of the nay voters may also have a heavy load of shares. I also believe that it is illogical to expect the announcement of an ASM to include the timelines for pending positive events and the company's specific plans for the future.

I also don't know if during the interval between now and the ASM, the SP will suffer a sharp decline because if I were a short now, I would be afraid to be caught with my pants down.
