According to this article, the U.S. electric car giant is recalling a total of 67,698 imported Model S and Model X vehicles produced between Sept. 25, 2013 and Nov. 21, 2020 per China’s State Administration for Market Regulation said, for a software issue.
In addition 2,736 imported, and 10,127 China-made Model 3's are being recalled because of a potentially faulty seatbelt.
It appears that the latter may be real recalls while the bulk of the recall will be addressed by OTA software updates.
