It's very possible that an equity partnership could require a special meeting in the future which authorized both the partnership and the additional shares that may be needed to consummate it. Again, I don't believe the company would have any problem getting the authorization from shareholders.

If an equity partnership is in the works at say $10 a share for talking purposes, I believe we'd be well served if half the shares were new, paying the company, and half were tindered by shareholders. Let's say we had 1.5 billion shares outstanding at the time, if the partner wanted 500M shares, the company would receive $2.5 billion and the OS would go to 1.75 billion shares. That ought to be sufficient funding for the immediate future to initiate a number of trials and build sufficient support for worldwide sales of DCVax-L.

The numbers suggested above are only intended to illustrate how I'm suggesting it could be done. I believe that LP is looking for over $10 a share in such a partnership, but perhaps less than the $20+ she's thought to be looking at as the minimum for a buyout.

If a Buy out was truly on the horizon they would not ask for more shares to be authorized correct?? Never seen this before so looking for constructive input here. Good and bad!!!!!

Let’s not beat about the bush here. 500,000,000 is a huge amount of shares and if these are not intended to be used in a partnership then NWBO has no intention of looking to raise the SP and we will be attacked relentlessly by the shorts as this will prove a massive windfall for them. NWBO better have a plan with these shares because if not then they are telling everyone that they value these share for cents. Imagine if the SP was at $4 then you are talking $2 billion dollars but I suspect if their intention is to go it alone they expect their SP to be shorted into oblivion.
It is time for this company to agree to a partnership to get this treatment to patients as quickly as possible instead of seeking financing from the likes of Fife. IMO.
