Concapk, we also can't find out if Amarin submitted the recently released RESPECT-EPA data to the arbitration board before their decision. That was the speculation by some here that Amarin would add that to their submission but mum is the word from management.

I just hope that the German decision or intransigence doesn't bleed over to any of the other EU countries like France, Spain, or Italy.
