As I mentioned before, the owner of another POS tried for FOUR YEARS to get it current.

He blamed OTC repeatedly and hired two lawyers to help (allegedly) - the last being a specialized "SEC attorney." Guess how that went. He ultimately abandoned the stock without a word to bagholders.
