As has been noted this otc is under full control of the market players, not investors, and the SEC is in effect complicit by inaction.

It seems our country has become afraid to prosecute the powerful regardless of the obvious lawbreaking, but will go after the less influential with zest.

Back to nwbo, getting off this otc market will cure the problem with the shares. It’s become clear enough that it’s not a fair game.
