I think the next update to the share structure will be very telling.
Todos cannot keep operating if they have no cash.
Extremely large increase in OS will prove that Todos is truly cash starved and are probably going to keep releasing shares prior to a massive R/S.
No increase and I would surmise that they are hanging in there. I still feel that they need to consolidate their efforts in some manner to reduce spending.
Either way, not looking pretty but I am still waiting on this corporate update that GC stated is occurring soon.
