L.G. the UW waited a year to see which way the GSA was going to be favorable to class 18....when they found out that it would be impaired, they fought to get into class 19, thinking there would be a payout from the estate due to the Mediation hearings where Susman was trying to extract money for the shareholders estate... however, they signed releases, but could not foresee that WMIH was going to "impair" classes 19, and 22.... they lost out on their assumption, and hence they cannot sue WMIH because they signed releases, just like we in class 22 did... there is no recovery coming for the estate... we got shares in the new company, as did class 19... its over, and done with... The UW’s fought and lost as we did….there is nothing left….the WMILT had nothing left but a donation to a charity…heck even AZ stated class 19 is receiving nothing…
