VCT-TORVF: I know all those things cuz i bought VCT on TSXV exchange
Sometimes i buy on both exchanges.
Depends what i find in the Sedar filings.
Not many peeps know all the motivations why TSX go OTC too.
More Volume on many exchanges is main rationale, but some shady protection also for Management.
TSX or TSXV managers have their own tricks, just like OTC does.
At least VCT office is in Alberta.Way better than British Columbia.
