with good news on the horizon, stocks plunge for no apparent reason, only to rally as we get closer to the said event whether that be a earnings announcement and even buy-outs.

This is the hardest part looking at the 1 year chart of companies after they release great ph 3 trial data only to see a buyout offer equaling what they were at 1 year prior. The take down starts long before news and is well orchestrated. Either they drive the company into the ground through through toxic financing or offer them a buy-out price, many buckle.

Dr. Missling is playing hardball and has the long range funding in place before news is released and that my friend is the only difference we see between our survival and every other promising young biotech. Well, ehh, uhm that and possibly good to very good AD news!

Hardball folks, big boy moments in AD, pull up your bootstraps and buckle up your seatbelts because if you think these games are hard now, we havent seen nuttin yet! Its coming!
