In cases where it was too early for a partnership raise, the companies I have been in did a raise, which the company already has the means to do with the preferred c shares. Those other companies did what they used to call a RE-IPO, to uplist. I don’t expect a lot of challenges here but they may need to adjust the share table. I would prefer no r/s, not because of the math, but because retail investors tend to be skittish about them. They often undermine gains for the existing shareholders and they can, for some companies, very rapidly be erased. It should not be that way, but retail… if they have a partner that maintains the price, that’s maybe a different story. But hard to know. Having many billions in their coffers, via a partnership, can sure help. They can perhaps maintain the share price themselves.
