Potentially one of the benefits from the Series C is that it may satisfies the price discovery requirements for listing on NYSE or Nasdaq. Assuming NWBO remains a surviving entity — not certain it will — that would eliminate the need for the 90 day minimum bid requirement and R/S.

My take is that if the Series C shares were created during that time frame, they were SPECIFICALLY created for a partnership deal with MERCK.... I appreciate your reply...(-:
