To attempt to answer your question, I believe we will all do just fine. I would think
if ENZC makes money, we would have too, also.

Market value = Outstanding # shares multiplied by share price.

...Something I'm not clear on is whether it is conceivable the company could achieve success but shareholders are bypassed for the reward. If ENZC's market value eventually becomes 10, 20, or 50 billion, is it necessarily the case that the shares WE hold will end up reflecting that value?...

At a 12 billion valuation the companies pps would be $4pps. Most bio stocks that I've seen trade 4x the actual valuation on speculative growth which would mean 16pps at a 12 billion valuation . With successful MAB's hiv treatment for example would pave the way for other diseases in the same portfolio. Amazon stock was once fully out of sync with the company. It was nothing the company was doing wrong and I believe that is what will happen here. Enzolytics projects 100 billion over 10 years with Hiv Mabs treatment alone. In my eyes $20 pps is a very conservative price target if successful. The stock will be manipulated until solid news imo. Best of luck to all!
