Nobody knows if an RM will happen, except Delfin insiders. I don’t believe Delfin has ever mentioned it. However, they have mentioned that they plan to have FID by end of this year. They have pumped over a million bucks in keeping the shell current. To me the dots are lined up in a row, but it’s up to you to connect them.
