Pharma sales and marketing is certainly less complicated than Pharma R & D, but it still takes intelligent, trained teams to successfully market a therapy. And what if there are indications approved in multiple jurisdictions? It gets complicated fast.

This is going to take someone with all of those logistics. Those entitiesy exist and hopefully they are very interested!

My general response on the need for a comprehensive partnership is that NWBO is not and never was an operational company. It was in effect just a fund raising vehicle to finance the trial. There are no keys to turnover because there was never any car to begin with. It’s not the keys, rather it’s the drivers license that holds the value.

A partner(s) will create an organizational chart that covers the entire functional operations for a typical biotech with a new set of management. The partners will make every decision on marketing, distribution, accounting, legal and regulatory compliance, finance and manufacturing from here on out.
