Pursuant to the Shares for Debt Transaction, the Company has issued an aggregate of 2,843,371 common shares in the capital of the Company (the “Common Shares”) at a deemed price of $0.085 per Common Share

See, now, these debt holders, may or may not decide that getting anything back instead of nothing might be a good thing.

80 cents on the dollar, 50, 40, 30, 20, it's all good when you want to jump ship.
