This very positive perception could be a strong wind that can catapult the price without reverse split. That could be enough to uplist. We will see how it unfolds.
Uplisting requires a SP of $4 if I am not mistaken. Reverse splits in my experience are absolutely terrible! Temporarily you have the same value but end up with far less shares and any increase in SP you gain far less. Please no Reverse split!
