#4680 RE: Amisag #4679

here are some issues I have with OMQS

expenses are out of control......to pay $35k per month to a consultant PLUS commis as far as I am concerned is CRIMINAL.....to ay a CFO $5k for every up to date earnings release is criminal, thats his JOB!!!!!!!!!!

every quarter there is an excuse for huge losses....one quarter its lawyers fees for deals, next quarter it supply chain, now its shipping costs....its BS, they sell their gizmos for a loss and hope to make it back with 5 parking tickets

they have zero growth

they have debt they CANT EVER pay back

they have little cash

every quarter they tell us the revenue would have been $2 million MORE but for...(fill in the blank), its BS

every CC they talk big...........3 CC's ago they said they has 60 city backlog, since then they had 2 cities, with a total population of less then 2000....they blamed elections.....they always have an excuse for the failure they produce Q after Q

yes, they SHOULD get rid of the BOD cause its composition STINKS

I talked to a person who KNOWS the company inside and out and in his words....."The business model will never produce a profit!"

I wouldnt be surprised if the stock trades where it deserves to trade.....$3

all all this is BURNING $$$$$ what do we, shareholders, get for our burned MONEY
