Not sure why you are stuck on the stock to employees question, never said its a problem... It is the Materially Misleading PR's, the Shell companies, the conflict of interest of the main shareholders, the acquisition of companies for commission by Nissenson when his son is the CFO, the shady team of directors, the funneling of company funds to enrich themselves, and the list goes on!
