Seriously, why not? Do you REALLY believe Lightwave is the one secret company leading the pack that NOBODY is talking about (exception - finally a report just yesterday- YEAH!) while there are several others that are NOT secret that are being mentioned?
Why is it such a stretch to think that they are still trying to jockey there way into that favored status by proving out what they can do? To me, that seems to be the most likely scenario based on the actual evidence, as well as interpreting Dr Lebby's own words.
