Dr Lowenstein, you are "technicaly" right.

LL should have said: "Through the trial investigator" the FDA mandated the cross over arm.

But she skiped the first 4 words. I do not think it matters. No big deal.

Google "medical trial investigators" and notice how they go back and forth between RA and trial sponsor for guidance, rules, etc...

"My husband woke me up this morning".

This is technically wrong, it is:

"The clock that my husband set, woke me up this morning"

Does it make a difference? No.
